Therapy for Teens, Young Adults & Couples | Identity, Anxiety, Meaning & Relationships

You’re carrying a lot right now. Maybe you’re trying to figure out who you are after a major loss or change. Maybe anxiety runs in the background no matter how hard you try to push it away. Or perhaps you feel stuck in the same patterns or distant from a partner when communication has broken down. School, work, family expectations, or cultural pressures can make it harder to feel like yourself. You’re not looking for quick fixes. You want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, reclaim a sense of meaning and direction, and move forward with more clarity and connection.

I work with teens (16+), young adults, adults, and couples using an integrative approach that honors your inner world and the systems around you. Drawing from Logotherapy, Adlerian psychology, Person-Centered therapy, and practical tools from CBT and solution-focused methods, I help you explore the story you’ve been living, identify unmet needs, and make

intentional choices that align with your values. We look at the past for understanding without getting stuck there. Instead, we build resilience and take practical steps toward the life and relationships you want.

Sessions are collaborative and strength-based. I serve as a guide, not an expert with all the answers. Your cultural background, family dynamics, spirituality, and identity are welcomed as sources of strength. As a school psychologist and doctoral student with a counseling focus, I bring experience supporting people through life transitions, neurodiversity-related challenges, grief, anxiety, and family systems work. I approach every relationship with cultural humility, regularly reflecting on my own biases and adapting so clients from diverse backgrounds feel genuinely seen and respected. Whether you’re seeking clarity as an individual or hoping to rebuild connection as a couple, I offer a warm, non-pathologizing space centered on growth, responsibility, and hope.

If this resonates with you, I’d be glad to talk and see whether we might be a good fit. Reach out whenever you’re ready to schedule a consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
