Katie Buchanan (she/her), LMSW

As a licensed master social worker, I believe in showing up with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I’m grounded in the core values of dignity, empathy, and social justice, and I believe healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
I have experience working with people facing addiction, trauma, and crisis, as well as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity. My approach blends CBT, solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal process to support your growth.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you with care, insight, and practical tools. Together, we’ll work toward helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity, strength, and hope.

Molly Strauss, M.Ed., Ed.S., NCSP

I work with teens (16+), young adults, adults, and couples using an integrative approach that
honors your inner world and the systems around you. Drawing from Logotherapy, Adlerian
psychology, Person-Centered therapy, and practical tools from CBT and solution-focused
methods, I help you explore the story you’ve been living, identify unmet needs, and make
intentional choices that align with your values. We look at the past for understanding without
getting stuck there. Instead, we build resilience and take practical steps toward the life and
relationships you want.
